| I'm new to this site and I just want to thank the member who suggested to someone to call the "protecteur de citoyen" to complain about processing delays. I lodged a compaint with them against the S.Q. My application was sent off in April this year. Unreal. I lodged the complaint last Tuesday...they called my two references and myself the following day. Just received it in the mail today. Un gros Merci. Thank-you.  |
