Justin Trudeau was recently asked by reporters whether he would be willing to ban semi-automatic firearms.
His response was disturbing.
He said he would let the police decide.
Bill C-71, The Firearms Owners Harassment Act, will make it against the law for the Government of Canada to reverse an RCMP imposed ban on semi-automatics.
Having the RCMP do Trudeau’s dirty work of banning firearms lets him duck accountability, while pleasing his radical far-left supporters.
If we can worry even a few Liberal MPs about being defeated in the next election, the government will be afraid to bring Bill C-71 up for a final vote.
