| j'ai trouver ca sur internet ... metton que si je l'aurais trouver dans une plate forme electorale d'un parti ... je serais au paradi , mon truck serais placarder de ce parti , ma maison , et je me met a faire du porte a porte !
Canada: Amendment To Be Proposed For Firearms Act Firearms Act ( 1995, c. 39 )
136. (1) A permit authorizing a person to carry a particular prohibited firearm or restricted firearm such that it is concealed is deemed to be an authorization to transport if that person
(a) is a resident of Canada and has been a resident of Canada for not less than six (6) months prior to filing the application. (b) is at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (c) submits a written recommendation that specifically states that the Chief Firearms Officer for the applicant's province has personal knowledge of the applicant's situation or circumstances which warrant the issuance of a concealed firearm permit. (d) submits the following required documents along with their application, which is completed under oath:
(i) Photocopy of training certificate(s) deemed necessary by that Officer and at his or her sole discretion. (ii) A full set of fingerprints.
(e) possesses a valid Firearms Acquisition Certificate, Possession and Acquisition License, or Possession-Only License. (2) The Chief Firearms Officer for the permittee's provice, within sixty (60) days after the date of receipt of application to concealed carry, will either:
(i) Issue the permit; or (ii) Deny the application
(3) The permit will be valid for 2 years and must be renewed after that period to remain active.
(4) The permit will not apply, and as such, the permittee will not be allowed to carry their firearm in the following places:
(i) Any facility used primarily for law enforcement operations or administration without the written consent of the chief administrator. (ii) Any detention facility, prison or jail. (iii) Any Courtroom. (iv) Any meeting of a government entity. (v) Any meeting of the legislature or a committee thereof. (vi) Any school, college or professional athletic event not related to firearms. (vii) Any portion of an establishment licensed to dispense alcoholic liquor and malt beverages for consumption on the premises, which portion of the establishment is primarily devoted to that purpose. (viii) Any place where persons are assembled for public worship, without the written consent of the chief administrator of that place. (ix) Any Elementary or Secondary School facility. (x) Any College or University facility without the written consent of the security service of the college or university. (xi) Any place where the carrying of firearms is prohibited by federal law or state law or regulation.
(5) The permittee shall carry the permit, together with valid identification, as well as registration information for their firearm at all times when the permittee is carrying a concealed firearm and shall display said documents upon request of any peace officer.

| Tant qu'a avoir Pauline et sa gang de rêveurs adepte de la pensée unique et magique j'aime autant voter Libéral, au moins avec les Libéraux on sait a quoi s'attendre.
Avec Pauline ca va nous couter cher sans compter un autre référendum inutile qui va couter une fortune. |
